The Island now has 38 confirmed cases of coronavirus
THE NUMBER of confirmed cases of the coronavirus on the Isle of Wight has climbed to 38 today (Wednesday), up from 36.
New figures from Public Health England show that the number of cases confirmed has now increased by two.
This comes after a sixth person on the Isle of Wight died.
The total number of infections across the whole of England now stands at 50,756.
