A DRIVER who admitted having 'two pints' was caught by police after he swerved onto the wrong side of the road to avoid a 'possible badger'
Thames Valley Police reported the unusual arrest on Twitter this morning.
This officers said the driver had hit some large stones in a garden and then failed a roadside breath test.

He was arrested and will be charged after blowing 68 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath in custody.
The legal limit is 35mcg.
The driver has had his licence removed.
