HUNDREDS of prizes have been hidden in fortune cookies at Chinese restaurants on the Isle of Wight.

To celebrate its Spirit of the Orient evenings, Robin Hill has masterminded a Fortune Cookie Quest, with a range of prizes.

From February 1 to 14, those who order food at selected restaurants could win tickets to the award-winning event, plus other prizes.

There is also one golden ticket, worth more than £100, which includes two Robin Hill 2020 frequent visitor passes and VIP entry to Spirit of the Orient.

The golden ticket even includes two meal vouchers, giant marshmallows and two 200ml bottles of bubbly.

Spirit of the Orient promises all the vibrancy, colour and flavours of Chinese New Year at Robin Hill this half-term, complete with a dazzling display of illuminations and entertainment.

Participating restaurants include Hong Kong Express (Newport), Hong Kong Express (Ryde), New China House (Ventnor), Kimbo’s (Lake), Golden Dragon (Freshwater), Miga (Wootton), Dragon Pearl (Shanklin), Jade Garden (East Cowes), Royal China (Sandown), SUNBO (Totland) and Hong Kong City (Shanklin).

Dragon Pearl is from February 4 only.
