Lower Road in Brading will be closed for a maximum of five days
AN EMERGENCY road closure has been put in place in Brading due to carriageway repairs.
Lower Road remains closed this afternoon (Thursday) while repairs are carried out.
It has been closed from its junction with Longwood Lane to its entrance with Adgestone Camping and Caravanning Club Site, a distance of 299 metres.
Island Roads has stated that diversions will be signed at the time of closure.
A spokesperson for Island Roads said: "From 11.00 hours on December 5, for a maximum period of five days or until the works are complete, whichever is sooner."
