A TUCKED away location in Wroxall has been lit up for Christmas — and the community has rallied round to help.

Chris Butler transformed the frontage of his home on West Street in aid of Pilgrims Hospice, in memory of his late mother Angela Bailey.

Travis Perkins donated wood, and the Star Inn and village store have collection pots for people to drop loose change into.

Chris said: "There's been such a nice community feel to it all, and I'm the talk of the village.

"It's all to raise money for charity and I wanted to spread the word because you can't see the house from the main road. Come and take a look."
