Fire Service called to Lake
FIRE crews have been called to Lake this morning (Monday) after a car came off the road.
Crews from the Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service were called to the crossroads of Sandown Road and Lake High Street after a car collided with roadside railings.
A spokesperson for the fire and rescue service said: "We were called to a one vehicle collision on Sandown Road at 10.15am.
"We have sent one appliance from Shanklin and we are still on the scene."
