TINY tots got together with the elderly to enjoy learning the popular poem, The Owl and The Pussycat.
To celebrate National Poetry Day, residents at Inver House Care Home in Bembridge invited the Windmills Pre-School to join them.
They enjoyed learning the poem and reciting it together, and they talked and read about other poems too.
The fun didn’t stop there, as they went on to sing nursery rhymes and learnt actions.
The two groups enjoy regular intergenerational days.
