A FIRE in the open, lit by youths, was put out by Freshwater firefighters.
The fire station stressed the fire had not been lit with malice, but safety advice was given to the group.
The call-out came at 8.52pm, for Golden Hill Fort Road, Freshwater.
The fire measured one metre by one metre and was put out using a hosereel.
