ISLAND software business, The Rosetta Group, has released its latest development to support businesses and organisations.

They have tackled the problem that membership organisations face, which is knowing what its members want most and when.

Mike Cox, from The Rosetta Group, has created some state-of-the-art software to solve that problem.

The software can profile the behaviour and choices of organisation members, so organisations can keep better engaged with members and identify quickly if the pattern of member usage is reducing.

The software has been introduced at Fitness At Gurnard, located at Gurnard Pines.

Business owner, John Ward, is delighted with the insight provided.

He said: “For years I have struggled to easily track which of our facilities and services our customers wanted most and when.

"Likewise, when something isn’t popular we need to recognise that quickly and find out more from our customers.”

The software is predicted to be of interest to various business sector types.
