Firefighters called to tent fire in Sandown
FIREFIGHTERS were called to a tent on fire this evening (Sunday).
At around 8.20pm, firefighters were called to Beachfield Road, Sandown, near Battery Gardens.
A single fire engine from Sandown, and a single fire engine from Shanklin arrived on the scene.
Firefighters discovered an unoccupied tent on fire, and promptly put it out.
