WIGHTLINK customers may experience delays today (Friday).

Due to a mechanical issue, Wightlink customers travelling on the Portsmouth to Fishbourne car ferry service may experience delays of up to 60 minutes.

UPDATE 2.14pm

Delays on the Portsmouth to Fishbourne service have now been reduced to 30 minutes. Wightlink said: "We apologise for any changes to your travel plans."

UPDATE 4.40pm

Delays now stand at 40 minutes.
