Isle of Wight fire services were called at 9.59am this morning (Thursday) to help a child who was locked inside a room of their house.
East Cowes Fire Station responded to the call, and attended the house at Osborne Heights.
A spokesperson for the fire service said: "A firefighter gained access to the locked room via a small window".
