From Frankie Goodall, Newport:

So THE IW NHS Trust wants an opinion from wheelchair users, but responses must be submitted online.

I use a powered wheelchair and would love to respond to their survey, but since having a stroke four years ago I find it almost impossible because I can no longer scan.

During the 1980s I used my computer for publishing, so I have experience and do miss using my computer.

There are many people who have never properly learnt to use a computer. Will they never learn that people like us are completely disenfranchised by their insistence on making access to such a survey solely by computer?

I would have thought the NHS would have understood that late onset visual impairment could cause such problems.

What is the impairment causing them not to understand? Clearly their survey will be impaired because the questionnaire will be flawed.
