A MINI arts and music festival will be held at Aspire Ryde this weekend.

Ablaze, a celebration of God-given gifts, will feature free workshops, ranging from dance and drama to woodwork and pottery.

All the workshop leaders are experienced and qualified, and anything made in the workshops will be free to take home.

There will be live music from Island bands, including STOP on Saturday and South Facing Wall on Sunday.

There will be a raffle, with a cake made by Pandora's Cakes up for grabs, and a display of artwork, crafts and photography.

Entry and food will be free. The event starts at 10am on Saturday and noon on Sunday.
