HUNNYHILL Primary School smashed its fundraising target with help from an Isle of Wight estate agent.
The school raised more than £2,000 in less than a year through cake sales, school fairs and discos.
Thanks to a top-up donation from Purple Bricks, the school has bought 30 tablets for children to use in the classroom.
Headteacher Lisa Steedman said the tablets would widen the children's learning opportunities and help them develop their skills.
