DANCE acts have been announced for Jack Up the Summer's 90s day.

Two more acts have been confirmed — Italian Eurodance band Livin' Joy, best known for their hits Dreamer and Don't Stop Movin’, will be joining festival favourites Phats and Small on stage on Sunday, August 11.

Livin’ Joy’s chart smash Dreamer was released in 1995 and was a number one in the UK singles chart. The house music group's live performances feature fierce frontwoman Luzahnn, who since the 90s has carved out a successful career on stage and on screen appearing on Broadway and in the West End.

Chart-topping dance outfit Phats and Small, whose international hit Turn Around shot them to fame, appeared at the festival last year.

Organiser and event manager Sarah Moss said: "Phats and Small were a big curveball to throw into what was formally a predominantly 80s line-up.

"Never could we have imagined what an rapturous reception there would be from the crowds to their 90s megamix of dancefloor fillers and were totally blown away by the enormous amount of positive feedback subsequently received.

"In many ways Phats and Small’s performance in 2018 paved the way for the introduction of a dedicated 90s day at Jack Up. The whole event has evolved because of that one set, there

was absolutely no way we couldn’t not invite the guys back."

The acts will be joining East 17, Republica, 911, Space and Noasis.
