Wight Aviation Museum is holding a spaced themed weekend this bank holiday.
In a galaxy far far away — the Isle of Wight Airport — a space-themed event will take place this weekend.
Sandown Space Port will be open to the public for the airport's Space Weekend in partnership with the Wight Aviation Museum.
There will be a full-size Black Arrow Rocket replica, virtual reality space simulations, live music on Saturday and Monday, a magician and barbecue.
For out-of-this-world fun, head to the IW Airport on Saturday, Sunday, and bank holiday Monday, from 10am to 5pm.
Entry is free.
