A SEAVIEW woman determined to walk all 70 miles of the Isle of Wight's coastline, in memory of a dear friend, has completed the challenge.
As previously reported, Sheran Brown embarked on the walk to raise funds for a defibrillator at Seagrove Pavilion, in memory of a friend who died following a cardiac episode.
She completed the walk over the Easter weekend, despite near-record temperatures.
All donations will go to the Seagrove Pavilion Trust for the purchase of the defibrillator.
Sheran, who has raised £1,175 towards her £2,000 target, said: “It was extremely hard going and difficult with the warm conditions."
Donations can still be made for a few more weeks as Sheran looks to reach her target, at www.gofundme.com/seagrove-pavillion-aed-purchase
