When staff at PGL Little Canada, Wootton, carried out a beach clean they found everything, including the kitchen sink.

The aim was to get six staff members to clean six Isle of Wight beaches in six days but they managed to assemble 34 staff members, who cleaned 11 beaches collecting 63 bags of rubbish.

As well as the kitchen sink, among the assorted rubbish they also found a traffic cone, fishing gear, a body board, an oil drum, a door, a child's bike and much more.

The team cleared rubbish from beaches at Ryde, Sandown and Brighstone ,finding a lot of plastic waste that had washed up at Shepherd's Chine.
