Bembridge RNLI and coastguard helicopter called to cruise ship off the Isle of Wight
BEMBRIDGE RNLI lifeboat and a coastguard rescue helicopter have been rushed to a cruise ship off the Isle of Wight this evening (Sunday).
The rescue teams were called out just before 8pm to a medical emergency on board the cruise ship.
A crew member has been evacuated from the ship and has been transferred to Southampton General Hospital.
