A sell-out crowd of around 100 people attended Porchfield Cricket Club's second annual St Patrick's night party and were entertained with sets from three Isle of Wight bands.

The evening started with Holly Kirby and The Great Outdoors, playing folky tinged songs with grace and sentiment.

On second were the Isle of Wight's leading Irish group, Last Orders, with crowd pleasing jigs and reels.

And the evening was finished off by a set of rousing songs and tunes from the Pete's Sake Band.

Organiser, Becky Haydock, said: "Everyone said how much they enjoyed themselves and, on top of that, we raised £150 for the club through a raffle and food."
