FERRY services across the Island have been cancelled this morning due to adverse weather.
Both the Red Jet and Hovertravel have suspended all services due to the wind.
Customers using route 1 should be aware that; Due to high winds, Red Jet service has been suspended. Red Funnel have suggested they may be operating this service from around midday. #travelalert

Wightlink has cancelled the 9am Portsmouth to Fishbourne car ferry due an earlier mechanical issue with an essential piece of equipment on board one of the ships.
Wightlink are also operating a temporary timetable due to upgrade works on their FastCat service.
The Cowes Floating Bridge remains out of service — the Isle of Wight Council announced yesterday it would be suspending the service due to the storm.
Southern Vectis routes are currently running to timetable.

The Red Jet has returned to service.
Hovertravel remains out of service, with the next update expected at 3pm.
Southern Vectis has said the Needles Breezer will no longer be serving the battery.
