The Federation came home with awards for costuming character, choreography, performance, lighting and stage crew, for their performance of Who shook the jungle?, based on the Jungle Book.

Adding to the multitude of awards for Isle of Wight schools was Medina House School. Their performance, also on Friday night, bagged the excellence awards for stage use, concept, entertainment and the sought-after Spirit of J Rock award.

Cowes Primary School, Niton Primary School and the Stenbury Federation of Godshill, Wroxall and Chillerton and Rookley primary schools competed on Saturday.

The Stenbury Federation performed their way to second place with their entry, A Year and a Day, from the Owl and the Pussycat poem.
