BACK by popular demand, golden voiced songstress Liz Fletcher will perform with the Newport Jazz Club this Sunday (17).

Liz, who is influenced by Peggy Lee and Julie London, wowed the audience at her last visit at the 2017 Jazz Weekend.

She has a number of solo albums to her name alongside two collaborations with Alan Barnes.

Described as having 'heart, sensitivity and subtle control and being 'respectfully traditional and excitingly contemporary', this promises to be a sell-out concert.

She will perform from 3pm at the Apollo Theatre, Newport, and will be accompanied by Tim Lapthorn on piano, Simon Thorpe on bass and Matt Home on drums.

Tickets can be booked on 730601 or 523879.
