FAMILIES are invited to enjoy a legendary Castle Quest and Victorian fun and games with English Heritage this half term.

In a quest around Carisbrooke Castle, inspired by the newly released The King Who Would Be King, youngsters can track down and answer questions hidden around the castle — and even claim a royal reward for their efforts.

The whole family can be amused by Victorian fun and games at Osborne house as the library will be full of timeless fames, pastimes and amusements that would have bene played by children in Victorian England.

Osborne's glorious gardens and grounds are the perfect spot to set off on a historic adventure, and you can try out hands-on exhibits at the Swiss Cottage museum.

The Quest runs from 10am to 4pm from Sunday, February 17 to Sunday, February 14, and is included in the admission price for Carisbrooke Castle.

Fun and games, Victorian style, will be open from 10am to 3pm every day from Monday, February 18 to Friday, February 22, and is included in the admission price to Osborne House.
