MAGIC, princesses and superheroes are in store throughout February half term at Dee Dee's Delights ice-cream parlour in Shanklin.

The team at the parlour is offering fun, food and activities, including visits from Princess Belle and Thor, arts and crafts and a pirate day — all in the name of raising funds for local causes.

Debbie Norman, owner of Dee Dee's, said: "The aim is to show people Dee Dee's Delights is more than an ice-cream parlour, but a family-focused venue, while raising money for local charities."

The funds raised throughout the week will go to Layla's Trust and other Isle of Wight causes yet to be announced.

The activities will kick off on Friday (15), and run throughout half term from 11am to 4pm everyday. For more details and a schedule of events, visit Dee Dee's Delights IW on Facebook.
