ISLE of Wight man, Anthony Kimber, appeared before magistrates this morning (Monday) accused of unlawfully killing his mother.
The 61 year old, of Ryde Road, Seaview, is charged with failing to ensure Hazel Kimber received medical treatment or care in circumstances where there was a risk of death in breach of a duty of care.
As Hazel Kimber was classed as a vulnerable adult, Kimber faces a second charge of allowing the death of a vulnerable adult.
The case has been adjourned until Monday, March 11.
