AN ISLE of Wight businessman has offered a £250 reward to anyone who can identify a fly-tipper who blighted an Island beauty spot.
Yesterday, it was revealed how a tyre, white goods and household waste was found near Bully's Pit on Brading Downs.
The area features a local nature reserve with stunning views across the bay towards Sandown, Shanklin and Culver Down.
The businessman, who wants to remain anonymous, said: "Publishing the pictures on the County Press website should mean the offender is caught.
"I certainly hope so, someone has to know who did it."
"I'll put up a £250 reward if the offender can be identified to police. We've got to stop this happening."
The blight was discovered at around 3.30pm on Monday and reported to the council.
