Firefighters were called to a petrol station in Sandown
FIREFIGHTERS were called to The Broadway petrol station in Avenue Road, Sandown early this morning (Sunday) after smoke was detected coming from a fridge.
Emergency crews from Shanklin and Ryde attended the scene at 6.22am.
They made sure the fridge was safe and surveyed the garage with thermal imaging equipment.
