Fire service called to vehicle fire in Newport
FIREFIGHTERS were called to a vehicle fire which broke-out in the car park at Halfords, Newport this morning (Wednesday).
Emergency crews from Newport were called to the fire at 9.45am but when they arrived, it had been put out by members of staff at the store.
The crew from Newport used their hose reel jet to cool down the vehicle and the car park surface.
