CREWS were called to a car fire in Ventnor earlier today (Saturday).
Firefighters from Ventnor and Shanklin arrived at St Margarets Glade at 5.04pm.
An Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue spokeswoman said the fire affected two nearby commercial buildings, but the extent of the damage is unknown at this stage.
