A FIRE broke out underneath a property in Cowes this morning (Thursday).
Crews from Newport and East Cowes, and a fire officer, were called to Terminus Road at 7.15am to reports that a bin had been set alight in an underground car park.
A spokesperson for Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service said they believe it was deliberately set alight.
The bin was out on arrival and no one was injured.
