LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of application for a Premises Licence Variation
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the licensing authority of Gosport Borough Council for a premises licence variation under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Name of Premises: The Royal Navy Submarine Museum
Address: Haslar, Jetty Road, Gosport P012 2AS
Details of the application are as follows:
Change of ttie opening times, to fit with our standard opening hours and to allow for corporate evening events.
Change of times to the licensable activities on currently on the license (performance of plays, exhibition of film, performance of live music, performance of recorded music, performance of dance and the sale by retail of alcohol), in order to accommodate corporate events and sale of alcohol in the gift shop and cafe" whilst open to the public.
Brief description of proposed licensable activities at the premises:

Any responsible authority or interested party wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to: The Licensing Officer, Gosport Borough Council, Town Hall, High Street, Gosport, Hampshire, P012 1EB by no later than 28 days from the date of this notice.
The closing date for representations is: Wednesday 3rd April 2019
ANY REPRESENTATIONS WILL RE NOTIFIED TO THE APPLICANT AND WILL RE CONSIDERED RY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
