APPLICATION FOR A SEX ESTABUSHMENT UCENCE Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 Private Shop: 108 Southampton Street; Reading Berks, RGI 2QX Nonce is hereby given that Darker Enterprises Limited whose registered office is situate at Unit 3, Chancerygate Business Centre, 33 Tallon Road, Hutton, Brentwood, Essex, CM 13 ITE made an application to the Reading Borough Council for the renewal of a licence for a sex establishment at Private Shop, 108 Southampton Street; Reading, Berks, RGI 2QX on the 19th February 2019 (date of application for licence). This application is made pursuant to Section 2 and Schedule 3 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 Any person who wishes to object to the renewal of this licence must give notice in writing to the Council, stating in general terms thegrounds of his objection, by 19th March 2019.
