Any interested party in the vicinity of the premises may make representation to this application in writing to the Licensing Authority, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW13BZ, licensing@richmond.gov.uk within 28 consecutive days of the date stated below.
