LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of application for a Promises Licence
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made
to the licensing authority of Fareham Borough Council for a
premises licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Details of the application are as follows:

Postal address of premises: Fareham College,
Bishopsfield Rd, Fareham POM 1NH
Brief description of proposed licensable activities at the premises:
We have applied for a variation to our current licence to extend
the days we can sell alcohol to include Saturday 10am-11 pm and
Sunday 10am-4pm on top of the 10am-11 pm Monday to Friday that
we currently hold a license for and to extend the amount of weeks
we can sell alcohol to 52 weeks a year. We have also applied to be
licenced for off-sales. We have also asked to add the provision to
show films 9am-11 pm Monday to Saturday. We have also changed
our footprint to match the new site and changed our DPS.
We will also wish to keep our current licenced hours of 9am-11 pm
Monday-Saturday for the performance of a play, indoor sports
events, performance of live music, playing recorded music,
performance of dance entertainment and similar.
A copy of the statutory register may be inspected during normal
office hours at the address shown below.
Any responsible authority or interested party wishing to make
representations on this matter must submit those representations
in writing to: The Licensing Officer, Fareham Borough Council,
Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham, P016 7AZ www.fareham.gov.
uk by no later than 28 days from the date of this notice.

ANY REPRESENTATIONS WILL BE NOTIFIED TO THE APPLICANT AND
WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement
in connection with an application. Such an offence is liable to a
fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
