1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in order to ensure public safety during the delivery and removal of polling stations, the Council of the London Borough of Enfield proposes to make the Enfield (Bridport Road N18, Broadfield Square EN1, Broomfield Lane N13, Chatsworth Drive EN1, Enfield Road EN2, Haselbury Road N9, Lee Road EN1, Lonsdale Drive EN2, Manor Court EN1, Manor Farm Road EN1, Maltby Drive EN1, Montagu Road N18 and Park Road EN3) (Temporary Restriction of Traffic) Order 2022 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The effect of the Order would be to temporarily prohibit vehicles, as and when directed by traffic signs, from waiting and loading in the streets specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

3. The prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2 would not apply to works vehicles or, if the works allow, to police or emergency services' vehicles.

4. The prohibitions would operate at any time between 27 April and 11 May 2022 and would continue until the works are completed.

Bridport Road N18 -the north and south sides between railway footbridge and junction with Gloucester Road N18
Broadfield Square EN1 - the north, south, east and west boundary to the central grassed area.
Broomfield Lane N13 - the south west side from its junction with Broomfield Avenue westwards for a distance of approximately 43 metres.
Chatsworth Drive - the east and west sides between its junction with Lee Road and Haddon Close; and
Lee Road EN1 - the north and south sides between its junctions with Woodgrange Avenue and Chatsworth Drive EN1.
Enfield Road EN2, the south side, (Access Road between Bincote Road and Foxmead Close)
Haselbury Road N9 - the east and west sides between its junctions with Northern Avenue and Central Avenue N9.
Hoe Lane EN1, the west side, the southern kerbline from a point in line 12 metres from its junction with the A10 Great Cambridge Road westwards for a distance of approximately 312 metres; Magpie Close EN1, the west side, from its junction with Hoe Lane southwards for a distance of approximately 50 metres.
Hoe Lane EN1, the east side, the northern kerbline from a point in line 12 metres from its junction with the A10 Great Cambridge Road north-eastwards for a distance of approximately 25 metres; from a point in line 51 metres from a point opposite the south western flank wall of No. 204 Hoe Lane north-eastwards for a distance of approximately 81 metres; from its junction with Maybury Close northeast-wards for a distance of approximately 20 metres; from a point in line opposite the common boundary of Nos150/152 Hoe Lane north-eastwards for a distance of approximately 64 metres.
Hoe Lane EN1 the south-east side, from a point in line with the common boundary of Nos. 136/134 Hoe Lane north eastwards for a distance of approximately 34 metres.
Maltby Drive EN1 the south-west side from its junction with Hoe Lane north-westwards for a distance of approximately 48 metres.
Lonsdale Drive EN2 - the north sides from a point in line with the common boundary of Nos. 256/258 Lonsdale Drive and a point in line opposite the common boundary of Nos. 255c/255d
Manor Court the north east side of the eastern arm, from its junction with Manor Farm Road, eastwards for a distance of approximately 43 metres.
Manor Farm Road EN1,
the north-west side, from a point 38 metres south west of the common boundary of Nos. 23/25 Manor Farm Road southwest for a distance of 32 metres; the north-east side from a point in line with the north-eastern flank wall of No.10 Manor Farm Road south-westwards for a distance of 155 metres; and the south east side, from its junction with the south west side of the eastern arm of Manor Court south wards for a distance of 25 metres.
Montagu Road N18 - the east side between its junction with Zambezi Drive N18 and Chad Crescent N18.
Park Road EN3 - the east side from a point in line opposite the southern kerbline of Forest Road southwards for a distance of approximately 70 metres.
