Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:
21/01694/REM Development Site At Woodcote Grove, Ashley Road, Epsom
Variation of Condition 2 of Planning Permission ref: 19/00999/FUL, dated 21.12.2020, to create home working/storage space within loft space of 14 no. two-bedroom houses within Block C and D, through rooflights in front and rear elevations. External alterations include slate roof in lieu of aluminium and omission of complicated brick patterns. Minor internal alterations proposed.
