Newport Harbour Masterplan Supplementary Planning Document Consultation Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 Town and Country Planning (Local Planning)

(England) Regulations 2012 Regulation Notice is hereby given that the Isle of Wight Council has published a draft SPD and is inviting representations pursuant to Regulations 12 and 13 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012. The Isle of Wight Council is consulting on the content of the Newport Harbour Masterplan with a view to adopting it as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) within the Island Plan Local Development Framework.

The draft document sets out the council's vision for the area and has already been subject to extensive stakeholder and public consultation.

The document is supported by a Flood Risk Assessment and an Environmental Screening Statement.
