Rocco Homes (No. 25) Limited had appealed against non-determination of planning application 21/00880/FUL for the Demolition of existing building and erection of a new part 9, part 5 storey building plus basement to provide residential units (Class C3) and flexible ground floor mixed-use commercial, business and service space (Class E) ancillary plant, servicing and blue badge parking, landscaping and associated works (for information purposes this includes 49 dwellings and 592sqm of flexible commercial, business and service space floor space (GIA). at 53-59 High Street New Malden KT3 4BU.
This appeal has now been withdrawn. Therefore please disregard any previous communication in relation to the planned public inquiry due to be held at The Richard Mayo Centre, Eden Street, Kingston upon Thames KT1 1HZ opening on 14th December 2021 at 10.00am.
