D2006 Chalk Lane, Epsom Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2021

On 10 November 2021 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding In that length of D2006 Chalk Lane, Epsom that extends from Its junction with D2546 Woodcote End, to Its junction with D2462 Worple Road.This Traffic Order is required to enable Morrison Utility Services to make a fire hydrant exchange and/or to carry out maintenance works on behalf of Thames Water/Agility Alliance. These works are anticipated to be carried out within 3 days of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 15 November 2021. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians, cyclists, equestrians, emergency services, residents and businesses will be maintained at all times by means of road plates. The vehicular diversion route will be via: - Route 1. Chalk Lane, Langley Vale Road, Ashley Road and Worple Road. Route 2. Chalk Lane, Woodcote Road, Avenue Road, Worple Road, Ashley Road and Langley Vale Road.

02251 Langley Vale Road, Epsom Downs Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2021
On 10 November 2021 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of D2251 Langley Vale Road, Epsom Downs that extends from its junction with D2202 Headley Road, to the northern property boundary of "Farm View". This Traffic Order is required to enable Sunrey County Council to carry out kerbing works and/or drainage defence works outside of Thames Water Pump Station and/or surfacing and/or maintenance works. These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 8am and 4pm, within 7 days of the 18 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 18 November 2021. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure which is anticipated to be required for 24 hours each day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians, and dismounted cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times. Access for emergency services, residents and businesses will be maintained via the vehicular diversion route: Clockwise - Headley Road, Wilmerhatch Lane, Woodcote Green Road, Woodcote Road, South Street, Epsom High Street, Ashley Road and Langley Vale Road. Anticlockwise - From the East Side take, Langley Vale Road, Ashley Road, Ashley Avenue, South Street, Woodcote Road, Woodcote Green Road, Wilmerhatch Lane and Headley Road.

02013 Stoneleigh Parade (176-204 Kingston Road), Ewell Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2021 Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to: a) Prohibit all traffic (including pedestrians and cyclists) from entering or proceeding in that length of D2013 Stoneleigh Parade (176-204 Kingston Road), Ewell that extends from its junction with A240 Kingston Road, to the south-western property boundary of "No.184 Kingston Road", b) Suspend the existing one way system in D2013 Stoneleigh Parade (176-204 Kingston Road, Ewell), in its entirety. This Traffic Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to carry out removal of the existing footway build out and construction of new to improve safety and/or resurfacing and/or maintenance works to the footway and/ or carriageway. These works are anticipated to be carried out as soon as possible within the 18 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 27 November 2021. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, pedestrians; and dismounted cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times under direction of a marshal. Access for residents and businesses will be maintained under direction of a marshal. The vehicular diversion route will be via Kingston Road and Stoneleigh Park Road. In the event that it is necessary to restrict any access at any time under Section 3 of the Act, the road can only be closed for a maximum of 8 hours in any 24-hour period. Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to a suitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle's owner.
