1. The Enfield (Prescribed Routes) (No. 6) Experimental Traffic Order 2020 was made on 26th August 2020. The general effect of the order Is to close the above-mentioned roads to through motor traffic on an experimental basis.



2. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that objections can continue to be made to The Enfield (Prescribed Routes) (No. 6) Experimental Traffic Order 2020 (as amended) being made permanent.



3. The Council will consider in due course whether the provisions of the above experimental Order should be continued in force indefinitely by means of a permanent Order made under sections 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.



4. The experimental orders, statement of reasons and plans can be inspected in person at: Town Library, 66 Church Street, Enfield EN2 6AX (Monday to Fridays 9am - 5pm inclusive); or online at:

5. Copies of the documents can also be obtained by emailing

6. Any further objections or representations must be made in writing quoting reference TG52/1451 and must state the grounds on which any objection is made. Objections must be either:

7. Objections already sent to the Council regarding this Order will be considered and do not need to be resubmitted.



8. The deadline for receipt of any additional objections is 11th January 2022
