Notice is hereby given that the Isle of Wight Council in not less than seven days from the appearance of this Notice, under Section 14 (1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, proposes to make the following Orders: ¦ The Isle of Wight Council (Elm Lane, Calbourne, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 2 2021
Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0930 hours until 1530 hours on Thursday 23 September 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Elm Lane between Its junctions with Sun HIM and Five Houses Lane. Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that between 0600 hours and 1800 hours on approximately five to ten days, or when the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner; that no vehicle or person may use, or cause any animal to use the following roads; and that no vehicle is permitted to wait on the following roads or within 50 metres on any adjoining side road where indicated by traffic signs. The closures are for carriageway and footway repairs, resurfacing, drainage works, verge maintenance and kerbing works between Friday 17 September 2021 and Friday 29 October 2021.
