Notice is hereby given that the following Order continues to be in force: -
THE ISLE OF WIGHT COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH V124 (PART), NITON, ISLE OF WIGHT)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER NO 1 2020
The Isle of Wight Council gives notice that the Secretary of State for Transport has approved an extension of the above order until 31 August 2023 or until the completion of the works, whichever is the earlier, no person shall cause any Pedestrian to proceed along Public Footpath V124 between its junction with Undercliff Drive for a length of approximately 180 meters. The closure is required due to the likelihood of danger to the public (landslips).
Notice is hereby given that the Isle of Wight Council not less than seven days from the appearance of this Notice propose to make the following Order: -

The Isle of Wight Council give notice that between 0800 hours on Wednesday 1 September 2021 until 1700 hours on Thursday 30 September 2021 or until completion of the works, whichever is sooner no person shall cause any Pedestrian, Equestrian or cyclist to proceed along the parts of the following Public Rights of Way between Brading & St Helens: Public Bridleway B75 between its junction with Public Footpath B2 and its junction with Public Footpath B56 (also known as Laundry Lane)
Public Footpath B2 (part) between its junction with Quay Lane and its junction with Public Bridleway B75. Public Footpath B56 known as Laundry Lane between its junction with Carpenters Road and its junction with Public Bridleway B75.
During the period of closure there is no convenient off-road bypass. The closure is necessary due to (WightFibre) works taking place in and adjacent to the path.
