The Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2012 (Regulation 18)
The Isle of Wight Council has prepared a draft Island Planning Strategy Development Plan Document and accompanying documents.
The draft Island Planning Strategy Includes strategic land use policies, allocations for a range of land uses and development management policies.
The consultation will run from Friday 30 July 2021 until 5pm Friday 1 October 2021, and views are sought on the content of the draft Island Planning Strategy and what such a document ought to contain.
