The Isle of Wight Council's Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders
Notice is hereby given thai the Isle of Wight Council in not less than seven days from the appearance of this Notice, under Section 14 (1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, proposes to make the following Orders:
The Isle of Wight Council (Circular Road, Seaview, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 1 2021
Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0900 hours until 1630 hours on Tuesday 13 April 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Circular Road, between its junctions with High Street and 40metres east thereof. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during carriageway repairs. The Isle of Wight Council (Colwell Road, Freshwater, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 1 2021 Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0800 hours from Monday 12 April 2021 until 1700 hours on Thursday 15 April 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Colwell Road, between its junctions with Heathfield Road and Colwell Road The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during utility works.
The Isle of Wight Council (Scarrots Lane, Newport, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic and Revocation of One-Way Restriction) Order No 1 2021
Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that a) from 0800 hours from Monday 12 April 2021 until 1800 hours on Friday 23 April 2021, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Scarrots Lane, between its junctions with Chalmers Way and New Street; b) from 0800 hours from Monday 12 April 2021 until 1800 hours on Friday 23 April 2021, or when the works has been completed, the one-way restriction will be revoked along Scarrots Lane between its junctions with Chalmers Way and New Street. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during utility works.

entire length. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during utility works.
The Isle of Wight Council (Cross Street, Brading, Isle of Wight) (Revocation of One-Way Restriction) Order No 1 2021
Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0900 hours from Monday 12 April 2021 until 1700 hours on
Friday 16 April 2021, or when the works has been completed, the one-way restriction will be revoked along Cross Street for its entire
length. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during utility works.

Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from a) 0800 hours from Monday 12 April 2021 until 2000 hours
on Friday 23 April 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Halford Close
for its entire length; b) 0800 hours from Monday 19 April 2021 until 2000 hours on Friday 14 May 2021, or when the works has been
completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Jeals Lane for its entire length; c) 0800 hours from Monday 12 April
2021 until 2000 hours on Friday 30 April 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed
along Slower Place for its entire length. The alternative routes, where applicable, will be sign posted locally. The closures are required
for safety during fibre utility works.
The Isle of Wight Council (Lower Road, Brading, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 3 2021
Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0001 hours from Monday 12 April 2021 until 2359 hours on Friday 16 April 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Lower Road, between its junctions with Longwood Lane to Well Lane. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during utility works.
The Isle of Wight Council (Various Streets, Newport, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 1 2021
Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from a) 1800 hours until 0600 hours each night from Monday 12 April until Friday 23 April 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed southbound along Parkhurst Road, between its junctions with Forest Road and Dodnor Lane; b) 1800 hours until 0600 hours each night from Monday 12 April until Friday 23 April 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed northbound along Hunnyhill, between its junctions with Medina Way and Banner Lane; c) 1800 hours until 0600 hours each night from Monday 12 April until Friday 23 April 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Medina Way Northbound, between its junctions with Holyrood Street Slipway and Parkhurst Road. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. These are phased night works and the onsite signage will depict the exact times and lengths of the closures. The closures are required for safety during high friction surfacing works.
The Isle of Wight Council (St Marys Road, Cowes, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 1 2021
Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that between 0800 and 2300 hours, for one day, from Monday 12 April 2021 until Wednesday 14 April 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along St Marys Road between its junctions with Victoria Road and Cross Street. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during carriageway repairs.

The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during carriageway repairs.
Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that between 1830 hours and 0600 hours on approximately five to ten days, or when the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner; that no vehicle or person may use, or cause any animal to use the following roads; and that no vehicle is permitted to wait on the following roads or within 50 metres on any adjoining side road where indicated by traffic signs. The closures are for carriageway and footway repairs, resurfacing, drainage works, verge maintenance and kerbing works between Friday 09 April 2021 and Friday 21 May 2021. Exact dates, durations and access information will be communicated to affected businesses and residents via letter and advanced warning signs before the scheme commences. It may be necessary to close this section of road on more than one occasion within this timeframe:

Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that between Friday 09 April 2021 and Friday 21 May 2021 the following restrictions will be in place for both day and night for a period of approximately six weeks, or when the works have been completed, to enable the next planned programme of road reconstruction to be completed.
