HARBOURS ACT 1964 (AS AMENDED) THE NEWPORT (ISLE OF WIGHT) HARBOUR REVISION ORDER 2021

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Newport (Isle of Wight) Harbour Revision Order 2021 was made by the Marine Management Organisation on 9th February 2021 and came into force on 10th March 2021.

A copy of the Order has been deposited at County Hall, High Street, Newport, Isle of Wight, PO30 1 UD and may be inspected between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm Mondays to Thursdays and between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm on Fridays (except public holidays) if local COVID-19 restrictions allow. Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order, may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order becomes operative, make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
