LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the licensing authority of Portsmouth City Council for the grant of a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003. Details of the application are as follows: NRCO Ltd, Guildhall Square, Portsmouth, Hants, PO1 2AL. It is proposed that the following licensable activities will be carried out on the above premises for three days each year in October/November, with 2020 being: Friday 30 & Saturday 31 October and Sunday 01 November 2020: Exhibition of Films 12:00hrs 23:00hrs Performance of Live Music 12:00hrs 23:00hrs Playing of Recorded Music Performance of Dance 12:00hrs 23:00hrs Sale of Alcohol 23:00hrs 23:30hrs Provision of Late Night Refreshment Hours Open to the Public 12:00hrs 23:30hrs A copy of the statutory register may be inspected during normal office hours at the address shown below or online at www.portsmouth.gov.uk. Any responsible authority, or any other person wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to the Licensing Manager, Licensing Service, Civic Offices, Guildhall Square, Portsmouth, PO1 2AL by no later than Wednesday 22 July 2020.
