The County of Dorset (Various Roads in the District of Purbeck) (Consolidation of Orders Made for the Regulation of Traffic) Order 2014 (Amendment Order No. 1, 2020) Cemetery Lane, Corfe Castle – Prohibition of Waiting Dorset Council has made an Amendment Order to ‘The County of Dorset (Various Roads in the District of Purbeck) (Consolidation of Orders made for the Regulation of Traffic) Order 2014’ under relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (‘the Act’) and under Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with statutory requirement and in compliance with The Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996. The order came into operation on 12 June 2020 the effect of the Order will be to prohibit waiting at any time along Cemetery Lane, Corfe Castle. Relevant exemptions will apply where appropriate and as necessary in accordance with the provisions of the Order. Due to the current Covid-19 situation, it is not possible for Dorset Council to have documents on deposit for people to view at County Hall.
