Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Notice under Article 13 of Application for Planning Permission Accompanied by an Environmental Statement
at Candover and Itchen Valleys Pipeline, Northington Road, Itchen Abbas, Hampshire by Southern Water Services South Downs National Park Authority has received an application for planning permission for: Construction and operation of a raw water supply pipeline (approximately 7.5km) with permanent below ground sections and a temporary above ground pipeline and other temporary accesses, hardstandings, plant (including a water booster station) and equipment capable of installation, removal, storage and reinstallation in advance of and operation during severe drought events over the period to 2030. The proposed development is Major Development and the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans and other submitted documents on the Strategic Planning website at: https://planningpublicaccess.southdowns.gov.uk/online-applications/ and by searching using case reference number SDNP/20/01352/FUL. Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement from the Agent - Adams Hendry, Sheridan House, 40-43 Jewry Street, WINCHESTER, SO23 8RY at a charge of £300. The documents can also be downloaded from the National Park website at the address given above. Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should do so online on the National Park Website website at the address given above or write to Planning at South Downs National Park, South Downs Centre, North Street, Midhurst, GU29 9DH, by 11th June 2020. Representations must include a name and address to be accepted. The details provided will only be held for the purposes of considering your representation. As part of the statutory process your name, address and comments will be on deposit with other application documents, will be available for public inspection and will also be published on our website. Note: Hampshire County Council has also received a planning application for this development as it falls partly outwith the National Park.
